The landmark case of 𝗡𝗱𝗶𝗸𝘂 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮 & 𝗢𝗿𝘀 𝘃. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟭) 𝗘𝗪𝗛𝗖 𝟭𝟵𝟭𝟯 (𝗤𝗕) can be traced as a key moment in the exposure and discovery of Africa’s destroyed, stolen, and detained archives.
